Born in Patna (Bihar), Anis went on to study engineering from PES Institute of Technology (Bangalore) and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management (Founded by Harvard Business School & Ford Foundation), Manila. He is an International Rated Chess Player and a Global Shaper Alumni of the World Economic Forum. Currently, he is a Mason Fellow at Harvard Kennedy School.
