Book excerpt: I came up with the title One and the Same from the different experiences I have had with men and how every relationship had fewer differences and more similarities, whether it is good or bad, positive or negative. It represents my determination to express how in any relationship, the negativity, positivity, and spirituality between man and woman isn’t as different as people may think it is. The title contradicts the claims of how both genders are so different rather than looking at the facts that they are not different except for physical appearances. However, the way both genders want to be loved, how they have been hurt, how they have been treated, etc. is all the same and should not be treated as one being greater or more important than the other. This will be able to open the eyes of man and woman to see how their relationships can go further than what they think it can if they would stop thinking differently and start feeling, seeing, hearing, and tasting the similarities that can help their relationships go far because they are one and the same.
