Book excerpt: This report summarizes the activities accomplished by DMM Ventures Inc. under the Air Force Research lab Effectsbased Operations Advanced Technology Demonstration (EBO ATD). The effort focused on researching and analyzing improved operational concepts, processes and techniques for an effects-based approach to conducting military operations. The contractor developed in EBO concept of operations, and experimentation scenario (Operation Deny Force) that included data and plan elements, and various supporting materials dealing with Information Operations and coalition operations as they relate to EBO.
