Wisconsin’s black infant mortality gap will be compared to other states and the national average. Further discussion will explore new research, promising practices, and challenges and opportunities unique to Wisconsin. The final section of the report provides a set of recommendations to the Wisconsin Partnership Program on how best to direct and implement its Special Initiative to Eliminate Birth Outcome Disparities.
