The 54 revised full academic papers and 17 revised industrial papers presented together with abstracts of 3 invited talks were carefully reviewed and selected from a total of 217 submitted papers to the academic track and 30 to the industrial track. The research papers address all current issues in the field of the semantic Web, ranging from theoretical aspects to various applications.
