Using a bit of magic and a bit of technology, K-bar comes up with a plan. To initiate his plan, K-bar has to become the President of the United States. He also has to battle a cyborg bounty hunter, stop an assassination, destroy the government, uncover a conspiracy, and completely end taxation.
