Among the most valuable find pecorino sardo cheese DOC (Denominazione Di Origin Protetta=Denomination of Origin Protection) produced exclusively in Sardinia. Bread: Extenseive chapter on Breads, like Pan Carasau, Spianata, Mazzamurru. Eggs and Vegetables: Sardinian omelets and Vegetarian dishes.
